2. Exchange requests must be submitted with an unboxing video clearly showing the defect.
3. Exchanges must be requested within a maximum of 3 days after receiving the item.
4. The defective product must be returned in its original condition (new, unwashed, and unused).
5. Before leaving a rating or review, please contact our admin first regarding defective item exchanges—we will take full responsibility.
6. Exchanges are NOT applicable for incorrect size selection by the customer.
